Monterey, California: Suspension rules Laguna Seca, with three winners wrapping up their weekend on iconic, innovative, iterations of Öhlins shocks: from MotoGP prototype, to AMA Pro Superbike, to AMA Pro Daytona SportBike, all won by Öhlins equipped motorcycles.
Congratulations from Öhlins USA go to Repsol Honda, Graves Yamaha, and YES Graves Yamaha, for these wins in MotoGP, AMA Superbike, and Daytona SportBike, respectively. And, congratulations to Yamaha and Yoshimura Suzuki, for contributing to Öhlins fitted motorcycles success in achieving podium sweeps in MotoGP and AMA Pro Superbike.
MotoGP bikers are fitted with the latest innovation from Öhlins of through-rod shocks, while the AMA Pro Racing teams use Öhlins’ championship-proven TTX shocks with the unique feature of completely separate circuits for segregated compression and rebound adjustability. These are the same shocks available to street riders of most late-model sportbikes.
A huge congratulations also goes to Danny Eslick for his battle for second place in AMA Pro Superbike. He finished fourth on his Erik Buell Racing 1190RS, missing second place by barely .400 of a second, in a four-way battle for that podium position.
